PELATIHAN PEMBERIAN MAKANAN PADA BAYI DAN ANAK (PMBA) BAGI MASYARAKAT DESA CABEYAN, BENDOSARI, SUKOHARJO SEBAGAI DESA MANDIRI PANGAN SEHAT DAN HALAL DI ERA PANDEMI COVID- 19

Abstract

Cabeyan is a village that belongs to the Bendosari District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java.
Cabeyan Village has a stunting rate of 9%, which is above average and the highest among 14
villages in the Bendosari area in 2019. The problem with partners is the lack of knowledge
and skills of posyandu cadres regarding the practice of food feeding to babies and children.
In this service activity, the solution offered was training for cadres. The method used in this
service was counseling with visual media, namely booklets and demonstrations of making
complementary food. Cadre knowledge increased by 2.1 points from 6.3 + 1.04 points to 8.4
+ 1.12 points from a maximum score of 10 points. The knowledge score was tested using the
Wilcoxon analysis then a p value was obtained of 0.001, which means that there was a
difference between the knowledge of the cadres before and after training, where in the
training activities include education on food feeding for babies and children. The food
products taught also showed good acceptance, which was shown that most of the panelists
said they liked the color, taste, aroma and overall product
